A: Depending on the product you going to dry. Meat would require not less than 4 hours, flowers between 12 and 24 hrs and for paintings it would recommended that it stay on as long as the product is drying. Please read the supplied manual.

Q: What type of material is the most suitable for drying food stuff in?

We prefer to use stainless steel units, but mildsteel with powder coating will also be suitable. Wood,paper boxes and plastic is a health risk.
